As full-service general contractors in commercial construction, we are experienced in certified payroll, workforce utilization plans, and M/WBE goals. Our past projects include firehouses, police stations and state-owned facilities.

We are bonded, fully insured, licensed (where required) and fully compliant with all OSHA safety regulations. We are non-union and have 50+ years as experienced GCs. With a division of Nurzia Construction dedicated to Commercial Construction, we are well-equipped to handle all aspects of publicly funded construction and project management.

Nurzia Builds Private Buildings

In addition to publicly funded commercial work, Nurzia Construction has successfully worked on privately owned and funded construction projects–additions, renovations, design and new construction. We are non-union and fully compliant with OSHA standards. Restaurants, office buildings, warehouses, tenant “fit-ups” are among the most common private commercial structures. Nurzia Construction is well versed in the intricacies of the required codes and regulations of the areas in which we work.
